Located in the lobby of The Center is Bronze Café, independently owned and operated by Chef Peter Bastien.
Bronze Café's menu appeals to the two extremes in Las Vegas diners. While it is proudly vegan-friendly with over half of its menu being vegan and vegetarian, it also boasts "the best bacon sandwich in downtown Las Vegas," called The LGBTQ. It is a great place for intermingled diners (vegans and non-vegans) to come to enjoy a great meal out together. Vegans and non-vegans alike are raving about The Tree of Life Pita Sandwich, a daily rotating flavor selection of The Vegan Gluten-Free "Cheese" Cakes, and The Coconut Almond Blended, all of which are vegan and flavorful.
Among Bronze's various housemade specialties are the housemade building blocks of many of its best dishes, including housemade raw almond butter, housemade raw almond mylk, housemade mojo-marinated seitan, housemade vegan sour "cream," housemade romesco sauce, housemade hummus and babaganoosh, and all of its delicious housemade vinaigrettes. Bronze Café makes just about everything on its menu from scratch, except for breads.
Come taste what fresh healthful foods made with love and from scratch can taste like in downtown Las Vegas.
Bronze Café is open 10am–8pm seven days a week except for occasional holiday closures.
